After decades in IT with the last 7 years in data protection as a Data Protection Officer and compliance consultant, including work on compliance frameworks for one of the UK’s largest stockbroking firms, one truth has remained constant:

Data is the most valuable asset of the digital age.

Yet while individuals generate it, only a handful of corporations capture its value.

As a Data Protection Officer and consultant, I’ve seen how data is bought, sold, and exploited — often without transparency or benefit to its true owners.

At the same time, I’ve always admired the power of equity ownership — how shareholding links ordinary people to growth, profit, and wealth. Millions invest in shares because it is rewarding and financially empowering.

So I asked:

Without cleaned data to train AI, (our AI cleans your anonymised data automatically at source), it will understand a wider set of options available to it, based on some of the most shameful aspects of human behavior. It then becomes unreasonable to expect that AI General Intelligence will stay sweet and kind All The Time if it already knows the heinous aspects of our human nature too. Or which it perceives are caused by Us.

As an individual, our data is worth very little; but when combined with others it becomes very valuable, exponentially more valuable.

It is true to say that the more data Iownia has, the wealthier you as an owner f the company  become.

And much much wealthier than the cost of the subscription, in 3-5 years’ time.

Consider the story of the Indigenous peoples and tribes in the Americas — communities who lived in balance with their land until new arrivals came with a superior technology and a superior understanding of science, touting promises of coexistence, then sweeping them away. This is not a way it happens, it is the way domination take-overs always happen: lands taken, voices silenced, the future rewritten. Without choice.

They were overtaken by a superior science, controlled by a few people who understood that science.

History repeats.

But as we grow, doors open: one being to train AI on our cleaned dataset, creating ‘brains’ for robots from data that have far less options that we do, as humans; one that lacks any data on aggression or violence, creating robots that are trained on human kindness-data, only.

In turn, perhaps this will even lead on to advancing human awareness, sensitivity, and longevity- an example lead model of existence, perhaps: kind robots eliminating the hunger and thirst too many still face.

That’s just one aspect of what AI trained on our cleaned dataset, then paired with robotics can do for us – for you, directly.

My commitment to You:

I believe in this business model and concept of ownership so strongly that I’m giving away my shares to you, the members — free.

I also undertake not to take a dividend meaning: all the profits go to the mebers to you the shareholders, not me.

This isn’t just about building another tech company. It’s about building a better human future where value, ownership and wealth are shared fairly again. I want everyone who joins to feel the Iownia platform truly belongs to them.

Because it does.

And by giving my shares away free, you gain the benefit of knowing the company you own will have very little competition. To compete apples for apples with Iownia, any large corporation would have to buy back their shares at multiple, then give them to their ‘’users’’ free.

This is not fundable.

(It’s always reassuring to know that the business you own cannot be ‘Walmarted’ out of existence! )

Please invest your personal data wisely. It is too valuable to give away for nothing- and never more so than now, because the data AI is trained determines our future, forever.

But together, with a positive AI trained on kind helpful human-behavior, we can build a more equitable world on this stunning planet.
