iOWNia Membership & Ownership Rules
To ensure fairness, safety, and a thriving member-owned community, all users must follow these rules:
👥 Eligibility & Identity
- Only real individuals can own shares
– Businesses, corporations, or bots are not permitted to register or hold shares.
– Only verified individuals (adults and teens 13–17 via parent/guardian) may own shares. - Charities and non-profit organisations may own shares
– Registered charities may apply to receive and hold shares for the benefit of their cause. Members can also suggest charities that can receive shares from other Members. - ID verification is required to join
– Adults must provide valid government ID (passport, driver’s licence, etc).
– Teens without ID must be signed up by a verified parent or guardian.
💼 Ownership & Shares
- Each member is granted shares for free
– Shares are awarded for joining, referrals, and contributions to the community. - Shares are ordinary shares with full rights
– That includes voting on company matters and earning dividends when the company profits. - Shares carry no liability
– You can never lose money or owe anything. Shares are fully paid-up and risk-free. - Shares are non-transferable (for now)
– Shares may not be sold or traded until listing is approved by the board and members, but they can be gifted to any Member that has an account.
All new members aged 18+ can only join the adult social media platform- Rdatapradise.com; existing teenagers are allowed to stay on the teenager platform until they are 19 YO so they do not lose any friends when they switch up to Rdatapradise.Com, from Rposse.com
🧠 Data, Conduct & Participation
- User data is protected and anonymised
– No personal data will ever be sold. Only anonymised data is used to improve AI or services. - Positive participation is expected
– Users must treat others with respect. Harmful content or behaviour will result in warnings or account suspension. - Misuse of accounts is prohibited
– One account per person. Parents must not log into their child’s account for privacy and safety reasons.
📣 Community Growth & Voting
- Voting power is equal per share
– The more shares you earn, the more influence you have on platform decisions. - You shape the future
– Proposals may be submitted by members. We build what the community values most. - The more you contribute, the more you earn
– Whether by posting, inviting, or helping others — meaningful activity is rewarded. - Children aged 8-13 YO must be signed up by a verified parent.
