By accessing or using any of our websites, services, or platforms (including but not limited to the children, teen, and adult social networks operated by Our AI ltd Ltd), you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

  1. Eligibility & Age Requirements
  • Users must be:
    • 1–13 years old for our children’s platform (with verified parental consent)
    • 13–19 years old for our teenagers platform (with ID verification)
    • 18+ years old for our adult platform (with full ID verification)
  1. Account Registration & ID Verification
  • All users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
  • Identity verification is mandatory and may involve submission of legal documents or facial recognition through trusted partners ( Veriff.com).
  • Parental ID verification is required for children under 13.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
  1. Use of the Platform

You agree that you will:

  • Use the platform only for lawful, respectful, and appropriate purposes.
  • Not engage in grooming, harassment, bullying, or manipulation of others.
  • Not impersonate any person or provide false information.
  • Not use the platform to distribute harmful content, spam, or advertisements without consent.
  • Respect the privacy and rights of other users at all times.
  1. Content Moderation & AI Monitoring
  • All communications are subject to AI-assisted moderation and human review.
  • Inappropriate or harmful content may be removed without notice.
  • Serious breaches may lead to account suspension for a period or forever for repeated misuse. You will not be able to open another account as our IUD checking will prevent this.
  1. Earning and Converting Our AI ltds
  • Users earn Scions by engaging with the platform (posting, commenting, completing activities).
  • Scions can be converted into SharCoins at published exchange rates.
  • Currently 1 ShareCoin = 1 share in Our AI ltd Ltd, issued free.
  • To receive shares, users must pass identity verification (KYC) and keep profile details up to date.
  1. Shareholder Rights and Dividends
  • Our AI Ltd maintains an offline, secure shareholder register.
  • Users who convert SharCoins into shares are entitled to potential dividend payments, subject to company profits and board approval.
  • Users must maintain accurate name and address information to receive shareholder communications and benefits.
  1. Privacy and Data Protection
  • Your personal data is handled in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Notice.
  • Children’s data is stored with enhanced safeguards.
  • No data is sold to third parties. We do not show ads on our platforms.
  1. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

  • You breach these Terms;
  • You engage in harmful behaviour;
  • You provide false or misleading information.
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All platform content, branding, and code is the property of Our AI Ltd.
  • You retain ownership of the content you create but grant us a license to display and distribute it within the platform.
  1. Changes to These Terms

Our AI  Ltd may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted to the website. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
